Jealousy (One of Those Girls)

i was once a little girl

Who had big dreams and Fantasies

They never seemed to come true for me.

It was heart breaking enough

to see all those other girls

With everything they wanted.

Jealousy is an ugly thing.

But what am i supposed to do?

When all i see is them standing there

In front of you.

Whilst im over here.

Holding on to anything i can

To stop myself from falling.

They were so lucky,

those other girls

Who always had someone permanently there

For them.
